He’s the link between the office and the field, coordinating the nationwide pilot network and ensuring projects run smoothly from first call to final deliverable.
As COO of AeroDeploy, Jason is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of drone inspection services to clients nationwide. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and driving growth. Jason’s leadership style is characterized by a relentless focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Jason joined AeroDeploy as COO in 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in technology and aerospace. He runs day-to-day operations — from pilot coordination to client delivery — and makes sure every project ships on time with data you can actually use.
He oversees the company’s nationwide pilot network, manages key client relationships, and handles the logistics behind complex multi-site projects. When a client needs something figured out — whether it’s a utility corridor or a tight turnaround on a tower inspection — Jason’s usually the one making it happen.
Stephen founded AeroDeploy and has led the company since 2015. He built the business from the ground up — starting with a handful of pilots and growing it into a nationwide operation with over 100 certified operators and more than 10,000 completed inspections.
He sets the company’s direction, drives new business development, and maintains the client relationships that keep AeroDeploy’s pipeline full. His background in finance and strategic planning keeps the business running lean while scaling into new markets.
